About

I love designing and making jewellery that is unique and believe it can really elevate any outfit. I mostly use semi-precious beads, mixing shapes, sizes and colours to create pieces I hope you will love.

Originally my background is in Merchandising, working across clothing, accessories and homeware for over 12 years up until my daughter Delphine was born.

Designing and making jewellery has always been something I enjoy, the freedom to create whatever you like, be it something simple through to a completely bespoke piece. I love sourcing new beads, leaning into trends and trusting myself when I feel I have found something really special.

I was encouraged by family and friends to start selling my pieces, so in 2025 the brand delphi came along. It seemed fitting to name my business after my daughter - She is truly wonderful, inspires me daily and it is a joy to watch her grow and florish - which I hope my brand will continue to do.

Care

Each piece of delphi jewellery is made by hand and unique.
Some beads may have some natural imperfections.

I use gold-filled clasps and connectors which are much more hardwearing than gold plated.

A few tips to keep your beaded piece looking it's best -

Avoid water contact.
Avoid contact with skincare and beauty products.
Where possible store flat and away from direct sunlight.
Please treat your piece with care.

Shipping and Returns

As all pieces are made by hand, I aim to make and dispatch orders within 7 working days. Please note however if your order is placed during busy periods, it may possibly exceed the 7 working days and you will be notified of this.

Any bespoke items may result in a slightly longer lead time, but again I will contact you regarding this.

If an order is required for a specific date or occasion then please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail.

UK – 2-3 business days

Europe – 3-5 business days

Rest of the world – 6-7 business days

Please note orders outside of the UK may incur additional import duties and customs charges. These charges are out of my control and will be your responsibility to pay.

Returns

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns due to all pieces being made especially for you. However, please do contact me if there is an issue with your order within 7 days of receiving it and I will work with you to see how I can help.
